What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Practical Nurse position at Golden Years of Lake Geneva?
Golden Years is currently hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time and part-time PM and NOC shifts, with casual Day shift opportunities available at our Lake Geneva campus.
Available Shifts
- Day: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (Casual/PRN)
- PM: 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
- NOC: 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Our skilled nursing community provides care for long-term private pay residents, short-term rehabilitation patients, and hospice residents in a supportive, resident-centered environment.
Position Responsibilities
Responsibilities include providing direct nursing care to our residents and supervising the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. No mandated overtime, flexible scheduling, and great staff-to-resident ratios.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates must either have a valid Wisconsin LPN nursing license OR candidates can be graduate nurses waiting to take their NCLEX.
