Now Hiring: Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
Golden Years a skilled nursing facility located in Hamilton OH, is seeking a dedicated Full time experienced, energetic, strong and dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing to assist the DON in leading the exceptional nursing services that are delivered to our residents daily.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
Assist the Director of Nursing with the daily operations of the nursing department.
Assist in the direction, coordination, & evaluation of nursing care services provided to the residents.
Implementing nursing services resolving resident issues.
staffing and scheduling for the facility.
Help Maintain a positive, Team-oriented work environment.
This successful candidate will possess the following minimum qualifications:
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio and in good standing with the Board of Nursing.
Minimum of 1 year of acute, long-term care or geriatric supervisor and management experience in a Medicaid/Medicare certified facility.
Must have excellent computer and communication skills.
Must be able to follow all established Federal, State and Local rules, regulations and guidelines.
