What You’ll Do:
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to our residents
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Complete resident assessments and monitor changes in condition
- Respond appropriately to changes in resident condition
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, providers, CNAs, nurses, therapists, and other members of the healthcare team
- Provide leadership and support to nursing assistants and other members of the care team
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
- Help create a safe, respectful, and positive environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Current Missouri RN license in good standing
- Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but not required
- New graduate RNs are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
- Compassionate and resident-focused approach
- Dependable, professional, and ready to be part of a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to embrace new ideas
