Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for keeping things running smoothly? Join our long-term care team in Missouri as our Maintenance Director and play an essential role in creating a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents and staff.
Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing the maintenance and operation of the facility and grounds
- Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
- Managing preventative maintenance programs
- Coordinating repairs and vendor services
- Maintaining life safety systems and emergency preparedness plans
- Supporting a positive and resident-centered environment
Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance experience required
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance
- Understanding of long-term care regulations is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
