We’re looking for Medication Technicians who want more than “just a job.” Here, your work matters. You’ll play a key role in supporting our residents’ health, dignity, and daily comfort.
What You’ll Do
- Safely and accurately administer medications to residents
- Demonstrate strong caregiving skills and provide hands‑on support
- Document care and medication administration clearly and professionally (HIPAA‑compliant)
- Work closely with nurses, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals
- Monitor residents for side effects and report concerns quickly
- Support residents and families during hospice care with compassion
- Educate residents and families on medication use and safety
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Experience in caregiving, medical office work, or home care
- Understanding of basic medical terminology and anatomy
- Strong communication skills and a calm, caring presence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
- Must pass a background check
- CPR/First Aid/Medication Assistance certifications are a plus
- 18 years old
- Able to lift up to 35 lbs and perform various physical tasks
