Position: HCA Caregiver
Location: Escondido, CA
Pay Rate: $18 - $20 per hour (based on experience)

Golden Years In-Home Senior Care is looking for compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aides (HCA) to join our team in providing exceptional care to seniors in the Escondido, CA area. This is an immediate full-time opportunity for individuals who are ready to make a positive impact in the lives of those who need it most. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance to seniors, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort.
- Offer medication reminders and assist with client appointments.
- Help with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and ensuring a clean and safe living environment.
- Engage in activities to promote social interaction and emotional well-being.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client’s condition to supervisors.
- Provide companionship and ensure a caring, supportive environment.
Qualifications:
- Must be a current Home Care Aide (HCA) registered with the California Department of Social Services.
- TB test must be current (within the last 24 months).
- CPR/First Aid certification is preferred but not required.
- Must pass a background check.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to assist with mobility aids and transfers.
- Reliable, dependable, and compassionate.
