Position Details
- Location: Fallbrook, CA (San Diego County)
- Shift: Overnight
- Position: Home Care Aide (HCA)
- Pay: Competitive and based on experience
- Personal care and hygiene assistance
- Overnight supervision and safety monitoring
- Incontinence care
- Dementia and memory care
- Assistance with transfers and activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Companionship and emotional support
- Running errands and grocery shopping as needed
- Current California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration required (or willing to obtain, we can help)
- Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience
- Experience providing personal care and dementia care
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
- Current TB test or clear chest X-ray
- Live Scan fingerprint clearance
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
- Willing to travel up to 25 miles for assigned shifts
- $100 Sign-On Bonus after 30 days and 30 hours worked
