Your Role:
- Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of clients in their homes
- Tailor activities to their interests for meaningful engagement
- Must be 18
- 1 year of caregiving experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Fully vaccinated or exemption
- Current TB test or clear X-ray
- Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
- CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us)
- Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed
- Personal care, light housework, meal prep
- Shopping, errands, companionship
- Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs
- $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked
- Competitive pay ($18-$20/hr)
- Bonuses for last-minute and weekend fill-in shifts
- Flexible schedules
- Full-time, part-time, on-call, and weekend shifts available
Salary : $18 - $20
