Your Role:
As a caregiver, your responsibilities include:
Personal care
Light housekeeping
Meal preparation
Errands and shopping
Companionship
Incontinence and dementia care
Transfers and assistance with daily living activities (ADLs)
Job Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
At Least 1 Year Of Caregiving Experience Required
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (proof of insurance)
Fully vaccinated or have a valid exemption
Current TB skin test or clear X-ray
Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
CA Home Care Aide (HCA) Registry (we can help you obtain this if needed)
Willingness to travel up to 25 miles for a shift
Perks and Benefits:
Sign-On Bonus: $100 after 30 days and 40 hours worked
Competitive Pay: Based on experience
Weekend Bonuses: Earn $25 extra for filling in last-minute weekend shifts
