Your Role:
As a caregiver, your responsibilities include:
- Personal care
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Errands and shopping
- Companionship
- Incontinence and dementia care
- Transfers and assistance with daily living activities (ADLs)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (proof of insurance)
- Fully vaccinated or have a valid exemption
- Current TB skin test or clear X-ray
- Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
- CA Home Care Aide (HCA) Registry (we can help you obtain this if needed)
- Willingness to travel up to 25 miles for a shift
- Sign-On Bonus: $100 after 30 days and 40 hours worked
- Competitive Pay: Based on experience
- Weekend Bonuses: Earn $25 extra for filling in last-minute weekend shifts
