Pay: $17–$22.50 per hour, based on client need.
Schedule: Mon-Friday 8am - 4 pm or 9am - 5pm

Job Description
Golden Years ADHC is seeking compassionate Life Enrichment Specialists to deliver hands-on care and engagement for adult day healthcare participants in communities across Kentucky.
Team members foster a welcoming, safe environment where every individual is valued and supported.
This role includes responsibilities for personal care, activity facilitation, and holistic support.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with daily living activities, including transfer support and mobility.
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for participants, adhering to dietary guidelines.
- Offer medication reminders according to established care plans and Kentucky regulations.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Facilitate engaging life enrichment activities and social programs to encourage participation and wellbeing.
- Deliver respite care and support on a flexible, asneeded basis, including evenings and weekends for 24/7 coverage.
- Document services provided and communicate effectively with participants, families, and care team members.
- Uphold dignity, respect, kindness, and foster a culture of caring in line with the Golden Rule.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Certifications (CNA, CPR, First Aid) preferred.
- Relevant experience in caregiving, senior services, activity enrichment, or home care.
- Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and TB test (costs covered by applicant, reimbursed after onboarding).
- Strong commitment to service, reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork.
Compliance
All responsibilities and hiring criteria meet Kentucky Medicaid standards for adult day health (attendant care) caregiver roles—including personal care, transfer assistance, medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and provision of respite care services across the Commonwealth.
