Golden Yard Care is a new, premium dog waste cleanup service in the Lamorinda area (Lafayette, Moraga, Orinda, Walnut Creek). We help families enjoy their yards again — clean, safe, and barefoot-ready — while making dogs (and their humans) genuinely happy.

What You’ll Do
- Clean dog waste from residential yards (weekly routes)
- Move efficiently between homes
- Work around dogs safely (excited, barking, playful, etc.)
- Keep things tidy, respectful, and consistent
- Occasionally help with add-on services (spray the lawn, play with the dog)
- Represent Golden Yard Care with a friendly, professional presence
What It’s Actually Like (Real Talk)
- You’ll be outside most of the day (sun, heat, some rain)
- It’s physical: walking, bending, lifting, moving
- You’ll work alone a lot — self-motivation matters
- Yes, you’ll be safely handling dog waste. Gloves, rakes, sanitizer, etc.
- We are working to build up on our customer base so that your routes are full and the drive time between homes is short.
Compensation
$20–$26/hour depending on experience, reliability, and efficiency
- Opportunity for bonuses (great work, referrals, route performance)
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license clean driving record
- Comfortable driving between job sites
- Able to handle the physicality of the job
- Able to play with the dogs as a premium add on service "Zoomie Time"
- Smartphone for navigation communication
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
