Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, vacation rentals, and commercial properties, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors; clean windows, countertops, and bathrooms; and ensure all surfaces are sanitized.
Handle laundry services, including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels when specified.
Organize and declutter spaces as requested by clients, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs and preferences.
Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly.
Adhere to safety protocols, including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Work efficiently and manage time effectively to meet client schedules and deadlines.
Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including post-event clean-up and deep cleaning.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Reliable transportation to travel between job sites.
