Schedule
Monday- Tuesday from 1500-2300 and Saturday- Sunday from 0700-1500
Job Summary
Handle incoming calls, schedule, and dispatch resources as appropriate. Communicate with clients, the public, security officers, tow companies and police if necessary. Monitors CCTV cameras and reports any issues or incidents through the chain of command. Dispatch resources according to client’s needs. Strictly follow procedures.
Education and Experience
Associate degree (or other 2-year degree)
High School Diploma - or the equivalent (for example, GED)
Knowledge
Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
English Language - Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
Work Setting – Office setting.
Body Positioning - Employee may need to frequently walk, sit, and reach; may need to stand, lift, carry, stoop, kneel, crouch, grip and grasp. May occasionally need to lift up to 20 lbs.
Primary Job Duties
- Handle all incoming calls and route as necessary.
- Dispatch resources, as necessary.
- Communicate with clients, citizens, officers, tow companies and police if necessary.
- Confer with customers or supervising personnel to address questions, problems, or requests for service.
- Oversee all communications within specific shifts.
- Monitor personnel to coordinate service and schedules.
- Monitors CCTV cameras and reports any issues or incidents through the chain of command.
- Record and maintain files or records of customer requests, work or services performed.
- Ability to relay information in a fast-paced environment.
- Record and maintain files or records of customer requests, work or services performed, charges, expenses, inventory, or other dispatch information.
- Determine types or amounts of equipment, vehicles, materials, or personnel required, according to work orders or specifications.
- Ability to work under stress and remain calm.
- Good judgment skills and ability to make decisions quickly.
