This is a full-time, on-site role for an Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager, located in City of Industry, CA. The EHS Manager will oversee health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote a safe workplace environment. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and maintaining EHS policies, conducting risk assessments and audits, investigating workplace incidents, and providing training programs to employees. The EHS Manager will work closely with other teams to foster a culture of safety and sustainability.
- Proficiency in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) and Health & Safety management
- Knowledge of Occupational Health practices and procedures
- Experience in Accident Investigation and risk assessment
- Ability to design and deliver comprehensive Training programs
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and industry standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Safety Management, or related field
- Certifications such as OSHA, CSP, or equivalent are a plus
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is advantageous
