What You'll Do

As a Commercial Development Associate, you’ll gain the skills and experience

needed to grow into a successful sales and business leader:

• Learn the business from the ground up through cross-functional training
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams
• Build and manage customer relationships
• Participate in sales calls, meetings, and quoting processes
• Develop expertise in packaging solutions and manufacturing
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts and drive revenue

California Pay Transparency Disclaimer: This is an exempt position. The pay range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Actual placement within range will be contingent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, education, experience, internal equity and alignment with market data.
