Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for a Client Services Associate, based in Arlington, VA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Client Services Associate will assist with day-to-day operations, providing exceptional client support and ensuring seamless client interactions. Responsibilities include managing client inquiries, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting financial planning operations to enhance overall client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Client Services, Customer Service, and Customer Support skills
- 1-3 years of experience in Financial Services
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic understanding of Finance and financial planning concepts
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with relevant software, such as CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Previous experience in the financial services industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a relevant field is preferred
