As Laboratory Director, you'll lead diagnostic laboratory services that support safe, timely, and accurate patient care throughout the organization.

What You'll Do

Provide strategic leadership for laboratory services

Oversee laboratory operations and personnel

Manage regulatory, accreditation, and quality programs

Direct budgeting and resource management

Promote staff development and engagement

Support testing excellence and innovation

Lead quality assurance and improvement initiatives

Collaborate with physicians and healthcare leaders

Drive operational performance

Ensure exceptional patient care support

Required Qualifications

Laboratory leadership experience

Strong operational management abilities

Knowledge of laboratory regulations

Strategic planning skills

Commitment to quality and safety

Preferred Qualities

MLS/MT certification

CAP, CLIA, and accreditation expertise

Healthcare leadership experience

Financial management skills
