Reports to: Food and Beverage Supervisor
Status: Part Time Non-Exempt
- Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival, providing a welcoming and hospitableatmosphere.
- Answer incoming calls, assist with inquiries, and transfer calls to appropriatedepartments.
- Manage reservations for club amenities such as golf courses, tennis courts, diningfacilities, and events.
- Process payments for services, memberships, and retail purchases accurately andefficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, ensuring a neat andprofessional appearance at all times.
- Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence asneeded.
- Provide information about club facilities, services, and activities to members and guests.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a pleasant and professionaldemeanor.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Passion for providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our members and guests.
