Position Title: Banquet Houseman
Reports to: Banquet Director
Pay: $15 Hourly Plus Gratuity
Status: Full Time 30-40 Hours
Hours: Variable including days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Eligible for overtime pay.

- Availability for flexible scheduling (mornings, nights, weekends, some Holidays)
- Reading and understanding BEOS and Diagrams
- Completing room setups based on information on BEOs and diagrams
- Moving heavy equipment like tables, stage pieces, screens, dancefloor, etc.
- Able to learn and setup AV equipment such as projectors, microphones, sound, etc.
- Able to assist clients with any last-minute needs before and during events (such as changing the layout or troubleshooting AV)
- Greeting vendors and monitoring their setup on the day of events
- Providing customer service in a friendly and professional manner
- Assisting servers with carrying things or helping break down their trays
- Helping with any special projects like Christmas décor or Member Events
- Able to work as a banquet server to supplement hours for full-time position
Physical Requirements:
While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk for extended periods of time, reach, climb, balance, kneel, and carry up to 35 pounds to shoulder level and push/pull up to 50 pounds on wheels.
