We’re looking for a compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality care to acute, critical, and trauma patients while working collaboratively with an exceptional healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver complete patient care for all acute, critical, and trauma cases.
- Triage incoming patients and ensure timely, effective interventions.
- Maintain clean, well-stocked patient rooms and work areas.
- Perform standard nursing procedures, including IV/IO/external jugular access, lab draws, EKGs, medication administration, wound care, and other core nursing skills.
- Assist physicians with noninvasive and invasive procedures (e.g., laceration repairs, pelvic exams, lumbar punctures, conscious sedation, reductions).
- Arrange patient admissions, transfers, and follow-ups.
- Conduct and document daily patient chart audits.
- Complete quality assurance tasks, including equipment calibration, inventory management, and safety checks.
- Participate actively in Infection Control and Safety programs.
- Manage narcotic control and crash cart maintenance while on duty.
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and adherence to facility policies and dress code.
- Collaborate positively with team members to ensure safe, high-quality care for every patient.
Qualifications
- Current Texas RN License
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (required)
- Strong critical-thinking and clinical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
