We are currently seeking a talented Cleaning Technician who excels at paying attention to detail and consistently goes above and beyond in their cleaning duties. This position is based out of Beaumont, TX and surrounding areas. It would be a "paid by the job" position with flexible hours. This position is perfect for those looking for "extra money" or who would like to start small and add more cleaning jobs to become full-time eventually. Please do not apply if you do not have janitorial experience!
Cleaning Technician Responsibilities:
- Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
- Vacuuming and sweeping floors, carpets, and rugs.
- Mopping and steam cleaning hard floors.
- Washing and sanitizing bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers.
- Cleaning kitchens, including countertops, sinks, appliances, and cabinets.
- Emptying and disposing of trash and recycling in all rooms.
- Washing windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
- Maintaining and properly operating cleaning equipment.
- Reporting any damages, breakages, or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing client concerns or requests.
- Demonstrating professionalism, punctuality, and reliability in all work assignments.
Cleaning Technician Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of standard cleaning methods and procedures
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for many hours
- Ability to perform repetitive motion for long periods of time
- Knowledge of occupational hazards safety rules
- Communication skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders and work at particular heights
