About the Role:
We’re seeking a compassionate, driven sales professional to assist homeowners recovering from fire and smoke damage. This is a field-based, door-to-door sales role where you’ll engage property owners immediately after a fire loss, provide critical support (hotel coordination, emergency boarding, rebuilding guidance), and educate them on why our restoration services are the best solution. Success requires urgency, empathy, and the ability to close agreements during highly emotional situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rapid Fire Response: Be the first to reach homeowners affected by fires—provide recovery resources and explain our services (boarding, hotel assistance, full rebuilds).
- Educate & Close Sales: Confidently articulate how we simplify recovery, outperform competitors, and advocate for homeowners’ best interests.
- Crisis Support: Deliver compassionate, non-pushy guidance to distressed clients while building trust in our brand.
- Build Relationships: Partner with fire departments, insurance adjusters, and local agencies to receive real-time leads.
- On-Site Problem Solving: Assess property damage, explain restoration processes, and secure signed service agreements.
Ideal Candidate Must Have:
- Valid driver’s license reliable vehicle (daily local travel required).
- 2 years door-to-door sales experience (restoration, home services, or insurance sales preferred).
- Fearless communicator: Comfortable approaching distraught homeowners, active listening, and closing deals under pressure.
- Empathy-first mindset: Prioritize helping over hard selling—no shyness or script-dependent personalities.
- Flexible schedule: Available to respond to fire emergencies 24/7, including weekends.
- Ethical hustle: Driven by commission/bonuses but committed to ethical, community-focused outreach.
Compensation: Competitive commission structure with uncapped earning potential

Pay: $60,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
