Sales Representative

Golden Touch 5280 is a unique Kitchen and bathroom remodeling. Kitchen and bathrooms are in strong demand with homeowners. We offer cabinet painting, cabinet redooring, cabinet refacing and new custom cabinets. And for bathrooms we offer full bathroom remodeling. Golden Touch 5280 is a locally owned business and we are looking to grow. We have been in for 1 year and have been going strong since day one. Between both owners we have a collaborated experience of 25 years. At Golden Touch 5280 we value customer service, experience, and quality of work. We only strive for excellence. Your primary responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand goals, design preferences, and project budgets
• Create detailed and accurate design plans using Pro Kitchen. Willing to train the right person.
• Present proposals with product selections, samples, and 3D renderings
• Recommend cabinetry, appliances, finishes, and materials in alignment with the client’s style and functional needs
• Maintain strong client relationships with responsive communication and exceptional customer service throughout their entire project.
• Stay current with design trends, products, and best practices
• Call appointments to learn more about project. And book design consultation.

· You are expected to bring your own leads, but we will also provide resources and additional leads to support you. Leads that you bring in you will get a higher commission rate than leads that we provide. Details at interview.

• Must be able to network; we provide tools to help you generate leads.

Qualifications

• Computer and smartphone proficient.
• MUST HAVE sales experience. 2 years of experience in home remodeling.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Highly motivated and dependable.
• Organized with a strong attention to detail.
• Resourceful and willing to learn new computer programs.
• Ability to set priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with using social media for business lead generation preferred but not required. I will be willing to train the right person.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
