What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Analyst – AI Enabled Shopping (Agentic AI) position at Golden Technology?
We’re looking for a Senior Analyst to support the evolution of AI-enabled shopping experiences, with a strong focus on Agentic AI. In this role, you’ll help shape how AI shopping agents interact with customers by turning complex data into actionable insights that drive better experiences and business outcomes.
You’ll work at the intersection of analytics, product, and AI, helping teams measure performance, run experiments, and continuously optimize next-generation digital commerce experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Track and analyze KPIs and performance metrics for AI-powered shopping experiences
- Design and evaluate A/B tests to optimize prompts, engagement strategies, and user journeys
- Build dashboards and reports using tools like Adobe CJA, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
- Identify trends, anomalies, and root causes in customer behavior and performance data
- Partner with product, engineering, and data science teams to drive improvements
- Define and enhance measurement frameworks for AI-driven experiences
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling insights for stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of experience in digital/eCommerce analytics
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
- Proficiency in SQL and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Experience with customer behavior analysis, funnels, search, and experimentation (A/B testing)
- Exposure to AI/ML, LLMs, or conversational AI platforms (preferred)
- Understanding of eCommerce metrics and customer journeys
- Strong analytical thinking and data storytelling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with recommendation systems or search algorithms
- Familiarity with generative AI or agent-based systems
- Background in product analytics or growth analytics
