Overview

Golden Sun Childcare is a locally owned and operated childcare organization serving children and families throughout the Blue Hill Peninsula area. We provide nurturing, engaging, play-based environments where children are encouraged to explore, create, spend time outdoors, build friendships, and grow.

We believe children learn best when they feel safe, supported, valued, and free to be themselves. Our days are filled with creativity, laughter, outdoor play, hands-on learning, messy projects, meaningful connections, and plenty of fun.

At Golden Sun Childcare, we are more than coworkers—we are a work family. We believe in treating others the way we would want to be treated, communicating openly, recognizing hard work, working through challenges together, and continuing to learn and grow as a team.

We value employees who bring effort, kindness, creativity, dependability, and dedication to their work. We strive to recognize those qualities by offering opportunities for raises, professional growth, flexible scheduling, education, and long-term careers in Early Childhood Education.

Whether someone is beginning their childcare career or already has years of experience, we want our employees to feel supported, appreciated, and proud of the difference they make in children’s lives.
