What You’ll Do
- Build and grow relationships with individuals, families, and business owners
- Help clients identify financial goals and create strategies around protection, retirement, and long-term planning
- Prospect, network, and develop your personal brand in the community
- Learn the financial services business with support from experienced leaders and specialists
- Grow into a client-facing advisor role with increasing independence and opportunity
- History of success in sales, business development, client service, or relationship-based roles
- Strong work ethic and a growth mindset
- Confident communicator who is comfortable building relationships
- Coachable, self-motivated, and excited by performance-based income
