Job Summary
Join our team at Golden State Window Cleaning as a cleaning technician. In this role, you will work a flexible schedule where you will be responsible for cleaning residential properties' windows, solar panels, and patios. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors on a flexible schedule. The base rate for this job is $30 an hour, but you may receive tips as well for exceptional work.
Duties
- Clean windows, solar panels, home exteriors, patios, driveways using appropriate equipment
- Use ladders to access hard to reach areas or roofs if necessary
- Remove dirt, grime, smudges, and debris from windows, solar panels, and window screens.
- Prepare work areas by setting up equipment and protecting surrounding surfaces from cleaning materials.
- Inspect windows for damage or issues and report any repairs needed.
Requirements
- Prior experience in window cleaning or related outdoor maintenance roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Ability to work at heights comfortably using ladders or being on roofs
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Physical strength to perform repetitive cleaning tasks, lift equipment, and stand for extended periods.
- Access to reliable transportation to go to clients homes
This job requires knowledge of relevant cleaning equipment, but training with the equipment will be paid and all equipment will be supplied.
