This is a full-time position based onsite in San Francisco, CA.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively pursue new business and decipher ways to acquire leads
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
- Contribute toward group ticket sales for Warriors basketball games and non-Warriors events at Chase Center
- Make phone calls from provided lists to existing clients and target demographics to sell group tickets and programs
- Maintain records of all group ticket customers
- Provide memorable service to clients (current and new)
- Attend majority of home games to service clients in attendance
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree or a related field
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the sports and/or entertainment industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to build positive working relationships with clients and peers at all levels within the organization and community
- Excellent written and verbal communication, service and resolution skills; outstanding telephone etiquette
- Ability to balance multiple projects at once in a fast-paced work environment
- Desire to learn; open to feedback
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
- Able to push/pull/carry and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Able to climb stairs and sit/turn/bend/stand for long periods of time
- $19.18 per hour Bonus Commission (approx. OTE $70,000)
