Description
We are looking for a Full Time Certified Hand Therapist or Occupational Therapist to join our team. New and experienced Therapists are welcomed! As part of our Hand Therapy team, we offer New Grad's a Mentorship program. Learn from our senior OTs on everything from splinting to treatment of more complex diagnoses. Mentorship includes case study reviews, hands on training and participation in our patient care conferences to review treatment plans. Our hand therapy team works closely together to foster learning with hands on training and participation in our patient care conferences to review treatment plans.
Job Duties Include:
- Performing Occupational Therapy Evaluations
- Performing Occupational Therapy Treatments
- Directing patient care
- Performing objective measures
- Supervising with active participation of COTAs and non-licensed providers
- Supervising patient progress and re-evaluate appropriately
- Overseeing and assuring clinical protocols are followed
- Coordinating with physicians and other practitioners for patient issues

Qualifications
License and Certification:
- Graduate from an accredited PT/OT program
- Licensed in the state of California
- CHT or CHT eligible
Pay Range:
- Sign on Bonus
- $85,000 to $90,000 per Year for Occupational Therapist
- $98,000 to $105,000 per year for Certified Hand Therapist
*Higher compensation may be available for someone with advanced skills, experience, and/or certification
