About the Role
- We are looking for a Full Time Certified Medical Assistant to join our team in San Francisco, CA!
What You'll Do
- Maintaining exam rooms
- Stocking supplies
- Disinfecting equipment and instruments
- Pre-certification of medications and assisting in procedure/treatment when appropriate
- Drawing Blood
- Verifying patient eligibility and coverage
- Scheduling surgeries, hospital procedures, and pre/post-op appointments
- Additional duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
Experience:
- Ideal candidates are pre-PA or pre-Med students with undergraduate education and a strong interest in healthcare
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Certified Medical Assistant (optional)
