Job Overview
We are hiring reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Kitchen Hood Cleaners in Bakersfield. This is a hands-on labor position involving the cleaning of commercial kitchen exhaust systems. Work is typically done at night, after restaurants and kitchens close. This is a part time job to start. We welcome applicants that have other jobs. People working in commercial kitchens are a great fit.

Responsibilities
- Clean commercial kitchen hoods, ducts, fans, and filters
- Use pressure washers, scrapers, and cleaning chemicals
- Safely set up and tear down ladders and equipment
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
- Complete job checklists and take before/after photos
Experience/Requirements
- No experience required
- Must be able to work night shifts (start times typically between 8 PM – 11 PM)
- Physically fit and able to stand on appliances and work in small areas.
- Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
