About The Role
We’re looking for a Cup Machine Operator to safely operate dipping cup machines, perform changeovers, monitor product quality, and ensure sanitation and documentation accuracy.
What You’ll Do
- Operate small, large, and round dipping cup machines
- Identify correct film, cups, lids, boxes, and coding
- Change cups, lids, seal pads, blades, and film
- Perform weight adjustments to maintain product weights
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
- Complete inspection and downtime documentation
- Clean, sanitize, disassemble, and reassemble equipment (CIP/COP)
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–3 months of manufacturing or machine operation experience
- Ability to stand/walk 7 hours
- Ability to lift 25–100 lbs as required
- Ability to work in wet, humid, cold, hot, and noisy environments
- Full-time role in a multi-temp production environment
- Exposure to moving machinery and chemicals
- PPE required
