About The Role

We are hiring a Forklift Operator to support our Conyers facility’s production and warehouse operations. This role operates a stand-up forklift and is responsible for material movement, inventory control, and supporting shipping and receiving activities. If you're safety-minded, organized, and experienced in forklift operations, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Forklift Operation & Yard Support

• Operate stand-up (and sit-down) lift trucks to move products, ingredients, and supplies
• Read batch pick sheets and bills of lading to fulfill production and shipping needs
• Load and unload materials from trucks and railcars
• Connect/disconnect railcars and tankers to flow panels as needed
• Support recycling, waste, and sustainability efforts in the yard
  
  

Inventory & Compliance

• Maintain proper stock rotation and inventory documentation (FIFO)
• Clean up spills and maintain a safe, organized yard area
• Document daily tasks and activities per supervisor's instructions
• Follow lockout/tagout and environmental safety procedures

What You’ll Need

• Stand-up and/or sit-down forklift experience required (certification preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and work outdoors in variable conditions
• Ability to read and understand shipping paperwork and safety instructions
• Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and efficiency
