What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers for exempt level roles.
- Partner with senior leadership and HR teams to understand the hiring needs, define role expectations, and assist in developing tailored recruitment strategies.
- Deliver a smooth, high-quality candidate experience, ensuring consistent communication and thoughtful engagement.
- Manage structured, organized interview processes, including kickoffs, calibrations, debriefs, and offer alignment.
- Build and maintain strong leadership pipelines to support current and future organizational needs across food service, manufacturing, operations, and related industries.
- Use talent analytics and market insights to guide search strategies and influence stakeholder decisions.
- Manage relationships with external search firms and recruitment partners when necessary.
- Uphold Golden State Foods' values and commitment to diversity and inclusion in all recruitment activities
- 5 years in high touch salaried recruitment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
- Internal corporate hiring recruitment experience required. Agency recruitment experience preferred
- Proven track record managing multiple executive searches simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders, challenge assumptions, and drive decisions using data and market insight.
- Strong direct sourcing skills: research, mapping target companies, engaging passive talent, and building long-term relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Ability to act with a sense of urgency to ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
