What we do: We are a leading medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology group specializing in conditions of the skin, hair and nails, Mohs micrographic surgery for the treatment of skin cancer, surgical and non-surgical cosmetic skincare, anti-aging, body contouring, and plastic surgery. We offer state-of-the-art treatments for everything from acne to Mohs surgery, as well as popular cosmetic services including Ultherapy, Fraxel, SmartLipo, BOTOX® and filler, CoolSculpting and CoolTone, and laser tattoo removal.

• Supportive, high-functioning team of 4 physicians, 1 PA, and 1 RN
• Training will be provided on devices with no prior experience 
• Cosmetic-only PA role in a high-volume dermatology practice with a full schedule from Day 1

• Procedure-driven practice focused on laser hair removal (including gender-affirming care), facial rejuvenation, resurfacing, and tattoo removal
• Advanced laser and energy-based devices (GentleMax Pro, Clear Brilliant, VBeam, PicoSure, Fraxel, UltraClear) 
• Collaborative team environment with on-site physician supervision

• Balanced clinical mix: 50% laser hair removal, 40% facial rejuvenation, plus tattoo removal, resurfacing, and hyperhidrosis treatments

• EMA (our electronic medical record) is industry leading and optimized specifically for dermatology practice
• High income potential (initial income guarantee and transition to production-based compensation)

Requirements:

• At least one year of cosmetic dermatology experience; 2 years preferred
