About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Marketing/Graphic Designer with UI/UX experience bilingual proficiency (English Chinese)to join our team onsite. This hybrid role combines digital marketing design, brand visual development, video editing, and product UI/UX work. You will work closely with our product and marketing teams to deliver compelling visual content for our fintech and AI products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing assets including social media graphics, pitch decks, landing pages, web banners, and promotional materials.
• Produce and edit short-form videos for ads, social media, and product demos.
• Assist in UI/UX design for our fintech mobile app and web dashboard (wireframes, prototypes, user flows).
• Create consistent visual branding across all channels.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers on interface details and implementation.
• Support marketing campaigns with creative visuals and content ideas.
• Optimize graphics and videos for user engagement and conversions.
• Maintain an organized design asset library and version control.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Must be based in the United States and available for onsite work.
• Bilingual: fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing design, graphic design, or UI/UX design.
• Strong command of design tools: Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• Proficiency in video editing: Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated UI/UX experience with portfolio samples.
• Basic understanding of front-end coding concepts (HTML/CSS/JS familiarity preferred).
• Strong sense of visual aesthetics, color theory, layout, and typography.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with fintech, AI, or tech-related consumer products.
• Motion graphics or animation experience (After Effects).
• Knowledge of branding systems and product identity development.
• Experience designing mobile app UI.
