As an Entry Level Business Development Associate, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, while driving sales to support our client’s business objectives. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment and are eager to learn the ropes of the business industry.
Key Responsibilities for an Entry Level Business Development Associate:
- Engage directly with potential and existing customers to understand their individualized needs and preferences
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their value to customers and stay ahead of the competition
- Generate sales and guide the customer through the sales process efficiently to boost sales margins
- Demonstrate an ability to maintain a sales channel with accurate forecasting of consumer retainment and reporting data to upper-level Management for quality assurance purposes
- Attend personalized product training sessions with our clients and Management members to enhance product knowledge, stay on top of sales promotions, and improve negotiation tactics
- Provide exceptional and professional customer service to build trust and long-lasting relationships, enhancing our brand loyalty and brand recognition
Requirements we look for in our next Entry Level Business Development Associate:
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Demonstration of leadership and management skills in previous work history is highly desirable
- 0-1 years of experience working in a client-facing, customer service, entry-level, or account management field is required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Passion for interacting with customers and a natural ability to build rapport
- Results-driven personality with a desire to meet and exceed sales targets regularly
