Role Overview
We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Independent Contractor Cleaners (1099) to join our growing team. As a contractor, you will play an important role in creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our clients.
What You’ll Do
- Perform a variety of cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing
- Complete tasks in line with assigned checklists and schedules
- Report safety concerns, damages, or repair needs to management
- Use and maintain cleaning products and equipment responsibly
- Always follow company policies and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not required
- Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team when needed
- Clear communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Mobile phone for scheduling and communication
- Have own cleaning supplies
