I’m currently looking to bring on 1 rock star sales representative. I have 10-15 pre-set appointments per week waiting for you and the opportunity to make well into the 6 figures (No door knocking or cold calling required)

I am going to personally train you on my exact sales process I use to close over 50% of appointments over the course of a 3 week paid training period.

But I need the best.

If you aren’t dedicated to what you do, you aren't coachable and wouldn’t consider yourself an ‘A’ player this isn’t for you. I am not looking for a half ass, middle of the road sales rep.

What You Get:

• 8% Straight Commission – Close a $15,000 job, take home $1,200
• Realistic Pay Range: $120K - $250K – This is a closer’s role. You’re expected to produce at least $1.5M ($120K Commission). That’s the baseline to keep the position — but with our system and leads, you should earn far more.
• 10–15 Pre-Booked Appointments/Week – NO door knocking required
• No Price Gouging – We price very fairly, so you can actually close deals
• Personal Sales Training – I’ll teach you the exact same process I personally use to close at 50%. You’ll ride in the truck with me for 2-3 weeks before going on your own.
• Paid Training - While you're in training (First 3 weeks) you'll make a guaranteed $500/week
• Company Gas Card & Vehicle in the future: You'll get a gas card immediately and after 5 months will get a company vehicle.

What We’re Looking For:

• 6 months in roofing sales or construction (Preferred)
• Coachable with a competitive edge
• Reliable transportation & clean appearance (Company
• Good communicator who knows how to connect with homeowners
• Hungry to earn and grow — not just “give it a shot”

Location & Schedule:

• Based in Connecticut
• Full-time, commission-based role
• Daily appointments set by our inside team
• You run the appointments and close the deals
• Must be available 5 days per week from 9AM-6PM
• Schedule varies based on the appointment times
