Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Technician at Golden's Fire Fighting Equipment, Inc. located in Albany, GA. As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and inspections on fire fighting equipment. You will also be tasked with ensuring all equipment meets safety standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Current state of Ga certification for fire extinguishers required
- NFPA 10 standard for fire extinguishers required to follow
- Knowledge of Life Safety Code and requirements per State Fire Marshal Office for state of Ga
- Knowledge of fire safety protocols and regulations
- Experience in performing maintenance and repairs on fire extinguishers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of fire suppression systems such as Ansul and PyroChem preferred
*Pay based on current training and certification.
