Perform full range of on-site maintenance and repairs on Ricoh and other manufacturers products including technical diagnostics, break/fix, installation/removal and customer call assistance support. Interact with clients concerning better methods of document workflow. Install, configure, service and troubleshoot all aspects of the copying, printing and scanning features of multifunctional products and related software offered. Manages territory, customer relationships, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintains and manages tools, supplies, and accurate car stock inventory for assigned territory. Maintains effective relationships with customer and fellow employees.'
