Hiring Process:

If qualified, our goal is to have you scheduled for an in-person interview within 48 hours of submitting your application.


  • Step 1:

What You’ll Do:

  • Answer inbound customer calls while delivering a professional 5-star customer experience
  • Solve customer problems in real-time while handling difficult conversations with empathy and urgency
  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments across multiple locations and business units
  • Navigate multiple systems and platforms simultaneously
  • Accurately document customer concerns, conversations, and appointment details in real-time
  • Balance phone communication, scheduling, documentation, and operational tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Quickly shift between tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
  • Support customer recovery efforts by helping turn difficult situations into positive customer experiences
  • Understand how call handling, scheduling, and customer experience impact team scorecards and company revenue
  • Collaborate with dispatch, technicians, and internal teams to keep operations running efficiently

Compensation:

  • Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour a bonus structure tied to performance
  • Benefits: Health, dental, vision, PTO, 401 (k) program
