A successful candidate will have the following:
- Minimum one year of experience working for a Home Care Agency, Nursing Home or in a Healthcare Setting.
- 2 Step TB within the past 12 months (or Chest X-Ray within 5 years)
Responsibilities:
- Provide routine individualized care to the elderly or persons with disabilities
- Monitor and report changes in health status
- Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing
- Light Housekeeping
- Prepare and Serve meals
- Medication Reminders
