As a Nurse Practitioner you will:
- Perform initial patient screenings, look up patient history, and perform physical examinations
- Diagnose, prescribe and order appropriate labs, imaging, and medications
- Analyze test data and determine the need for follow-up appointments and further treatment options
- Update patient records and review them during each appointment
- Provide patients with ongoing care information and counseling, as well as guidance for any patients with critical conditions
- Complete thorough, accurate and timely documentation in the electronic records
- Deliver timely, quality care for each and every patient
Qualifications required:
Master’s Degree in Nursing
1 years’ NP experience
Valid nurse practitioner license
DEA and IL State License
BLS Certified
Ability to take directions and work with a team
Must be familiar with EHR (Electronic Health Records)
Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
