Golden Rule Daycare & Early Learning Center – St. Amant
Position: Daycare Floater / Van Driver
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–3:30 PM
Pay: $10-$12 an hour/Based off Experience
Age Requirement: Must be 21 years or older
Golden Rule Daycare & Early Learning Center is seeking a reliable, dependable, and motivated individual to join our team as a Floater / Van Driver!
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children, can multitask efficiently, and is willing to step in wherever needed to help keep our center running smoothly.
Job Responsibilities
- Safely transport school-aged children to school.
- Float between classrooms and assist teachers as needed.
- Provide classroom coverage during breaks, absences, and busy periods.
- Assist the Director with daily operations and assigned tasks.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, organized, and positive learning environment.
- Be familiar with all classrooms, age groups, and daily routines.
- Adapt quickly to changing needs and multitask effectively.
- Work as a team player to ensure the center operates efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must have a valid driver's license and meet transportation requirements.
- Must be extremely reliable, dependable, and punctual.
- Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be flexible and willing to assist wherever needed.
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
- Must genuinely enjoy working with children of all ages.
- Previous childcare experience is preferred.
- Must be able to take direction, show initiative, and work independently when needed.
