What You’ll Be Doing
- Cleaning Excellence: Deep cleaning, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing client locations.
- Sales & Growth: Following up with prospective leads, providing quotes, and identifying opportunities to upsell services to current clients.
- Administrative Support: Answering phones, responding to emails, and booking appointments.
- Supply Management: Keeping track of cleaning inventory and prepping kits for the field.
- Quality Control: Checking in with clients to ensure 100% satisfaction.

What You’ll Do
As a Cleaning Technician, you will manage 1–3 residential cleanings per day, ensuring our clients return to a beautiful, refreshed home.
What We’re Looking For
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 20 lbs and perform active cleaning duties (bending, kneeling, pushing/pulling).
- Great Attitude: An optimistic mindset and the ability to handle challenges with grace.
- Strong Communication: Professionalism when speaking with teammates and clients.
- Reliability: You must have your own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Requirements
- Read, speak, and write English fluently.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
