Job Overview
We're looking for a passionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in beautiful Honolulu!
In this rewarding role, you'll deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. You'll conduct thorough assessments, craft personalized treatment plans, and implement compassionate, effective interventions that truly make a difference in clients' lives — all within a collaborative, supportive clinical environment that values excellence and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive functional assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide direct therapy services and oversee program implementation
- Collaborate closely with families, RBTs, and other team members to promote skill development and meaningful progress
- Analyze data and adjust treatment strategies to achieve the best outcomes
- Stay current with best practices in ABA
What we're looking for:
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- A positive, can-do attitude and true team-player spirit
- Dedication to excellence and compassionate care
- Experience (or strong interest) in working with children and individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- Big plus: Familiarity with Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and Skill-Based Treatment (SBT) — a modern, humane, and highly effective approach to addressing challenging behavior while building essential life skills
- Be a BCBA in good standing
- Be licensed to practice in Hawaii
