Golden Rose Senior Living is seeking an energetic, servant-hearted Administrator to lead our small home like community. This is an opportunity to join a growing organization where leadership, resident care, team development, and occupancy growth matter.
What You'll Do
- Lead daily operations and regulatory compliance
- Build and develop a high-performing team
- Support resident satisfaction and quality care
- Drive occupancy and community engagement
- Take call after hours as needed
- Work Monday- Friday unless needed for emergencies
- Provide training, coaching and leadership
What We're Looking For
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Assisted living, healthcare, or senior living experience preferred - must have 5 years of verifiable management in healthcare setting or a degree.
- Passion for serving seniors and growing leaders
