Executive Property Manager

Golden Properties is a premier residential property management company serving Kootenai County. We manage long-term single and small multi-family rentals while ​​we work to improve the lives of residents and owners through property management solutions

• Manage a portfolio of single and small multi-family homes throughout Coeur d'Alene, Hayden, Post Falls, and surrounding areas
• Build strong relationships with owners and residents
• Oversee move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and lease compliance
• Coordinate maintenance with vendors and ensure timely completion
• Oversee turnover and make-ready processes with precision and attention to detail
• Vendor relationship management

• Meet with prospective owner clients and present Golden Properties’ services
• Deliver high-quality rental analyses and initial consults
• Support onboarding of new owner accounts
• Represent the company professionally at local events and networking groups

• 2 years residential property management experience (single-family preferred)
• Strong moral & ethical foundation, integrity matters here
• High-caliber professionalism and communication
• Excellent organizational skills and follow-through
• Ability to stay calm, detailed, and structured in fast-paced situations
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with people naturally
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Tech-savvy with property management software, Google Workspace, and other tools
• Valid driver’s license reliable transportation
• Active Idaho Real Estate License preferred, but not required 

• Base salary DOE
• Performance bonuses for new accounts, renewals, and portfolio growth
• Potential to earn $70,000
